When you register a club on PopUp, we collect your name, email address, phone number, ReClub name (if you provide one), and your club's city, region, and country.

Why we collect it

We use this information to:

• Review and approve new clubs before they can use PopUp.
• Contact you about your club, onboarding, or support.
• Understand where our organizers are based, so we can prioritize support and future features.
• Reach out about new features, paid plans, or partnership opportunities as PopUp grows.

Who can see it

Your account information is visible only to the PopUp team. Player rosters, sessions, and scores you enter are visible to your own club's team members and, where designed to be public (like the player-facing board), to players who scan your club's QR code.

How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you'd like your account and data deleted, contact us and we'll take care of it.
